Halloween is a day celebrated mostly in the Western/European culture, but that in no way means us Easterners can’t let our inner characters out on this special day. While the tradition stems from the ancient festival of Samhain, it is still widely followed. Because who would want to miss out on some fun? Well, some Pakistani celebrities surely know how to put on a mask and party.
Halloween or Hallowe’en also known as Allhalloween, All Hallows’ Eve, or All Saints’ Eve, is a celebration observed in many countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows’ Day. It begins the observance of Allhallowtide the time in the liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed.
Pakistani Celebrities At Halloween Parties
Halloween falls on the 31st of October each year, marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of winters. In ancient times, the ritual of wearing costumes before ‘All Saints Day’ began to ‘ward off ghosts’. In more recent times, as this tradition has been picked up by many different cultures, people celebrate it to socialize and have some fun.
Halloween is also one of the most celebrated event. We have always seen our celebrities, celebrating Halloween in petrifying attires. But seems like Corona has taken control of these parties as well, since no Halloween hubbub has been heard this year, neither any of our celebrities dressed to daunt this time.
